Support groups operate on the idea that you are ready to engage in constructive conversations that are designed to bring about change within you. Our groups provide a healthy and safe space to have discussions about past and present traumas, family issues, issues with self, goal setting as well as providing a more therapeutic approach to dealing with those transgressions. You can expect real conversation about real topics. The conversations are structured and meaningful to ensure that you gain understanding and skills you can apply to those real life situations.
