Service Description
Self-care and Wellness Seminars provides individuals the opportunity to learn how to effectively take care of their mind, body and spirit so that they can protect their overall mental and physical health. Guided by science, our seminars will identify five areas that are most essential in our lives. A Self-Care Assessment will be administered to identify which of the five areas an individual is lacking in as it pertains to self-care. Once they are identified, we work with the group or individual to create a wellness plan that is designed to help them work towards a consistent plan of action to strengthen those areas of neglect. Book for yourself or for a group of individuals and get on the right path to physical, mental, social, and emotional wellness!
