Service Description

After consultation, a treatment plan will be developed to identify the area(s) of need for services. The client will be exposed to psycho-educational tools to support them in managing behaviors that they need support with. Areas of focus: 1. Anger 2. Anxiety 3. Emotional Regulation 4. Mindfulness 5. Middle Path (compromise) 6. Cognitive Distortions 7. Crisis 8. Goal Setting and Completion Plans 9. Grief 10. Parenting 11. Positive Thinking 12. Couples/Relationships 13. Relaxation 14. Self-Esteem 15. Stress 16. Substance Use 17. Self-Care and Wellness
