Our Employee Wellness Program is designed to provide small businesses with a comprehensive approach to providing care to their employees. We start with a Self-Care Assessment to determine the unique needs of each employee, followed by a Wellness Plan Development to create a personalized plan for each member of your team. Our Virtual Therapy Sessions are also available on an individual level. We provide a safe and convenient space for your employee to address any concerns and improve their mental, physical and social health. We also offer Team Building and Teamwork Building Sessions to improve employee morale and strengthen your team’s dynamic.
